Across our portfolio, we see companies building workflow automation, compliance tooling, infrastructure, AI-powered enterprise products, and developer tools. Tech stacks vary, but the common thread is teams of 2–8 engineers moving fast in production-critical environments, typically without the luxury of platform teams, SREs, or dedicated DevOps.

Full-stack depth with genuine backend strength, you don't just touch APIs, you design them
Experience shipping B2B products to real paying customers under time pressure
You've worked in a small team where you owned large surface area
Strong opinions on code quality and review, and can articulate the "why" without a lecture
You've inherited broken infrastructure and improved it without burning everything down
What makes you stand out
Previous startup experience, you understand what urgent means in context
Experience building or scaling multi-tenant SaaS architecture
Ability to context-switch between technical execution and cross-functional communication
You've mentored junior engineers without it becoming a second full-time job
Exposure to AI/ML integration in product features (not just side projects)
